The automated system transports materials using a bucket operated by a winch motor. The key components and operations are as follows:
- Loading: Materials are loaded into the bucket at the designated loading area by the operator.
- Level Selection: The operator selects the desired level (1 to 5) using an intuitive control panel.
- Winch Operation: The winch motor activates, raising the bucket to the selected level determined by proximity sensors.
- Material Release: Upon reaching the desired level, a magnetic lock releases the bucket door, allowing the material to drop.
- Return to Loading Area: After a predetermined time, the winch motor lowers the empty bucket to the loading area, ready for the next cycle.
