Our recent project involved the creation of a new control panel for a Sprinkler Valve system which oversees the water tank refill process.

Our objective was clear: design a control panel capable of autonomously closing the refill supply valve when the water tank reached a predetermined high-level setpoint, ensuring that overfilling would never be a concern. Simultaneously, the control panel needed to open the tank refill supply valve when it reached a low-level setpoint, accompanied by a flashing beacon alarm to signal a successful refill.

The Hale engineering team crafted and delivered this highly efficient system to the customer’s site. After the customer’s installation of the panel in its designated location, we returned to facilitate the connection of signal wiring to the level sensor and water supply valve.
